On May 31, the official opening of the Armenian National Supercomputing Center took place in the Engineering City<\/a>. The supercomputer donated to Armenia by the Toulouse Institute of Computer Science Research, named after the great Armenian singer Charles Aznavour, is the first in the region. This will be a great incentive for the development of the field of big data computing in Armenia, which will have a chain of positive results for the continuous progress of a number of areas of science.
The operation and maintenance of the supercomputer center will be carried out by the Institute for Informatics and Automation Problems<\/a> of the National Academy of Sciences<\/a> of the Republic of Armenia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
